About Tom O’Sullivan
Tom O’Sullivan completed his Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degrees at The University of New South Wales in 1998. He also has postgraduate qualifications in Commerce (with a taxation law specialisation at the Masters level) and Adult Education.
Throughout his career, Tom has committed himself to delivering the best service for his clients. He is known for his exceptional practice in family law, taxation law and mediation.
Furthermore, Tom has extensive knowledge and experience and in his career has worked as a lawyer and as a consultant in both the private and government sectors.
Tom shares his vast expertise and knowledge to postgraduate students at Macquarie University (and previously at The University of New South Wales) where he is a sessional lecturer in law. As well as this, Tom is a Course Convenor at The Tax Institute in their Charted Tax Advisor education program.
As a legal professional with an extensive history behind him, Tom has both the experience and expertise necessary to help disputing parties identify a mutually agreeable settlement in a very short amount of time. He is also well-equipped to handle workplace investigations and conduct conflict management training.
